We're now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and take ownership of recruitment across the company.
This is more than a recruitment role. You'll be our dedicated talent expert, partnering closely with leaders across the business to attract top talent, strengthen our employer brand, and help create a great employee experience.
What you will do
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across all Easee countries.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and countries
Partnering with managers to define hiring needs, recruitment strategies, and candidate profiles
Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct search
Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Coaching hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
Administering, interpreting, and providing insights from personality and aptitude assessments as part of the selection process
Managing and improving our ATS (Teamtailor), recruitment processes, and reporting
Driving recruitment analytics and continuously improving hiring performance
Employer Branding & Employee Experience
As part of the role, you will support and execute initiatives that help strengthen Easee's employer brand and employee experience.
You will:
Support employer branding activities across relevant talent markets
Collaborate with Marketing on recruitment campaigns, content, and employer branding initiatives
Represent Easee at career fairs, networking events, and university collaborations
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our careers page and recruitment-related communications
Coordinate internal events, social activities, and company gatherings that contribute to employee engagement and a strong company culture
Beyond Recruitment
As part of the People team, you'll also contribute to broader People initiatives and office operations.
This includes:
Supporting onboarding and employee experience initiatives
Contributing to People projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives
Supporting leadership development and training activities
Helping ensure a well-functioning office environment, including coordination of office-related needs and vendors
Assisting with general People Operations and administrative support when needed

We believe you are a good match if you
Have 5+ years of recruitment experience
Have experience recruiting in technology-driven environments
Have experience using and interpreting personality and aptitude assessments as part of recruitment and candidate evaluation
Are confident with sourcing and talent mapping, including LinkedIn Recruiter
Enjoy building relationships and partnering with stakeholders at all levels
Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities
An interest in AI, automation, and technology-enabled recruitment
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience recruiting across multiple European markets, broader HR experience, and proficiency in Norwegian are considered a bonus, but not required.
