The Opportunity

At Easee, we are strengthening our global supply chain and looking for a Sourcing Specialist to help ensure cost-efficient procurement, strong supplier relationships, and smooth material flow across our operations.

You’ll join a collaborative sourcing team working closely with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Suppliers. This role combines operational purchasing responsibilities with strategic sourcing initiatives, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving challenges, and creating improvements that make a real impact.

What you will do

As a Sourcing Specialist at Easee, you’ll play an important role in ensuring that our products are supported by a reliable, scalable, and future-oriented supply chain. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to secure deliveries, negotiate agreements, improve sourcing processes, and identify new supplier opportunities.

The role offers a mix of operational and strategic work - from managing orders and supplier follow-up to supporting new product development, and contributing to sustainability and compliance initiatives across the supply chain. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines and have the opportunity to influence how we continue building and developing our global sourcing setup.

What you need to bring

• Experience within sourcing, procurement, or supplier management

• Bachelor’s degree within Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education

• Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Visma.net)
