Key Account Manager
Location: Stavanger
Reports to: Regional Sales Director Nordics
Language Requirements: English and at least one Scandinavian language
Purpose of the role
As a Key Account Manager in Easee, you will manage and develop your own portfolio of partners, including installers, wholesalers, and key players within the energy ecosystem. Your role is to drive growth, build strong relationships, and ensure that your partners succeed – because when they succeed, so does Easee.
You will be part of a high-performing Nordic sales team, working together to strengthen our market position and collaborate with the best partners in the industry.
With this, you will help Easee make a real impact by making energy scalable, affordable, and accessible for more people.
Your responsibilities
· Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio of clients. Understand their needs and proactively offer solutions that strengthen their sales performance. Ensure partners are set up for success through training, follow-ups, and regular business reviews.
· Business Development
Identify and engage new potential partners. Present Easee’s products and services and convert opportunities into long-term, value-driven partnerships.
· Solution Consultation
Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide expert guidance and recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs.
· Negotiation and Closing
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close agreements that create mutual value for both Easee and our partners.
· Market Insights
Stay up to date on developments in the EV charging market, including competitor activity and regulatory changes, to position Easee competitively.
· Reporting and Forecasting
Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce. Provide regular reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
· Customer Support
Ensure a seamless customer experience by collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and secure efficient implementation of solutions.
· Partner Marketing and Events
Work closely with the Marketing team on joint initiatives with partners. Represent Easee at industry events to strengthen brand awareness and build strategic relationships.

What you need to bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (relevant experience can compensate for formal education)
Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience within the EV or clean energy sector
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish).
