Product Marketing Manager
Location: Amsterdam
Reports to: Marketing Director
Language Requirements: Dutch & English
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will bridge the gap between marketing, product, and sales; owning go-to-market campaigns, product positioning, and messaging to ensure our products and services stand out in a rapidly evolving market.
You will translate technical innovation into customer value, helping shape our story, drive adoption, and equip our commercial teams with the tools they need to succeed.
What you will do:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Launches (new products)
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for new products and service.
Coordinate launch activities across marketing, product, and sales teams.
Define target segments, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
Product Lifecycle Marketing
Drive marketing strategies across the entire product lifecycle—from launch and growth to maturity and renewal.
Collaborate with Product and Sales to identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.
Refresh positioning and campaigns as products evolve, ensuring ongoing relevance and market differentiation.
Monitor product performance and customer adoption to inform future marketing and product decisions.
Positioning & Messaging
Craft clear, compelling product positioning and narratives tailored to key audiences (B2B, fleet operators, property developers, utilities, etc.).
Translate technical product details into customer-centric benefits.
Ensure brand and product consistency across all communication channels.
Market & Customer Insights
Product-market fit
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation points.
Gather customer and sales feedback to inform product management and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap prioritization based on market needs.
Sales Enablement & Demand Generation
Create and maintain sales enablement materials—presentations, product sheets, FAQs, and competitive battlecards.
Partner with the sales team to align messaging and support lead generation campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the key liaison between Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Ensure timely communication of product updates, feature releases, and positioning changes.
Support internal training and knowledge sharing to drive commercial alignment.

Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken); another European language is a plus.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or go-to-market roles, preferably within EV charging, energy, mobility, SaaS or affiliated businesses.
Experience working closely with Product Management and Sales teams, acting as the bridge between technical innovation and commercial success.
Demonstrated ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits for diverse audiences (e.g. fleets, property developers, utilities, B2B buyers).
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
Bonus points if:
You enjoy interacting with people and have a welcoming attitude.
You are experienced with product/tech companies, preferably EV charging or affiliated business (energy/software/OEM,etc).
