Sales Development Manager - Stavanger, Copenhagen or Stockholm

The oppertunity
As a Sales Development , you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our portfolio of partners. This role requires a proactive approach, with an expectation that you will be frequently on the road, visiting potential partners to build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities. You will ensure that your partners have everything they need to succeed, supporting their development and driving the growth of Easee. Working closely with the team, you will help secure partnerships with the best players in the region. The position is focused 70% on generating new business with your existing and new partners.
With that, you will help Easee make a significant impact in the world and make electrification effortless for as many people as possible.
What you will do:
- New Business: Identify and target new potential clients and pitch our products and services, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to secure contracts with partners.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with already existing portfolio of clients, understand needs, and proactively offer solutions to enhance their sales performance. Make sure our partners and installers are set up for success and have a good understanding of our full product offering by organizing training sessions, frequent visits, business reviews and so on.
- Solution Consultation: Collaborate with technical teams to provide expert advice and consultation to clients, recommending the most suitable solutions based on their requirements.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about the latest developments in the EV charging market, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to position our offerings competitively.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce, prepare regular sales reports, and provide forecasts to management to support business planning.
- Partner Events: Collaborate and support the Marketing team with partners on joint marketing initiatives, attending industry events, and representing Easee to strengthen brand awareness and foster alliances.

- Fluent in Norwegian or Danish or Swedish and English
What you need to be able to bring along:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record with a minimum of 3-4 years in B2B sales (preferably in the EV or clean energy sector), with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software: (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while managing multiple accounts and opportunities.
