Reports to: Warranty & Service Quality Lead

Language Requirements: Norwegian and English 

Purpose of the role:

Enhance and refine robust, clear, and adaptable warranty and service processes globally.

Work closely with the rest of the warranty team and our engineers to coordinate on known issues, solutions, and product improvements.

With that, you will help Easee make a significant impact in the world and make electrification effortless for as many people as possible 🚀

What you will do:

Utilize data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar) to track and analyse return trends, failure rates, and root causes.

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve product quality and reduce return rates.

Generate reports and dashboards that help stakeholders make informed decisions. Act as a superuser for Zendesk and ERP systems, providing support to subsidiaries when needed.

Your most important areas of ownership will be:

• Implementation of warranty and return system
• Organize data related to warranty and service
• Produce a real-time, data-driven status overview of warranty
• Reduce cost in relation to warranty and service

What you need to be able to bring along:

• Bachelor`s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• A good understanding of supply chain and return logistics
• Previous experience with project management and agile work methods is a bonus
• Strong familiarity with CRM, ERP systems and support tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
