Purpose of the role:

As our Head of People Operations, you will lead the charge in creating a seamless, high-performing, and inclusive employee experience across our global organization. From ensuring compliance and payroll accuracy to fostering a culture where people thrive, you’ll be at the heart of making our company a great place to work.

With that, you will help Easee make a significant impact in the world and make electrification effortless for as many people as possible.

What you will do

• Lead, support, and empower a team of local People Operations Specialists, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with global business goals

• Play a key role in shaping and strengthening the global People Operations function
• Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to implement new People initiatives and optimize existing processes
• Oversee day-to-day People Operations for the Norwegian entity, including, but not limited to, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, and reporting

What you need to be able to bring along:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
• In-depth relevant expertise, preferably gained in a global environment, combined with a deep understanding of best practices
• Strong, hands-on experience with local People processes in Norway, including a solid knowledge of Norwegian employment law and regulations
