Purpose of the role:

As a People Operations Specialist, you will be the go-to person for all People-related matters within our UK entity. You will ensure compliance with local legislation while aligning the entity's needs with Easee's global People strategy and business goals.
This role is integral to executing effective people strategies, supporting employee engagement, and driving operational excellence. By doing so, you will help Easee in its mission to create an inspiring, equitable, and scalable organization.

What you will do:

• Oversee day-to-day People Operations for the UK entity, including, but not limited to, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, administration and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and managers to implement new People initiatives and optimize existing processes.
• Play a key role in shaping and strengthening the global People Operations function.

What you need to bring along:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience can compensate. A CIPD qualification is a big plus.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written. Any other language is a plus.
• Proven experience in People Operations or HR with a strong understanding of local labor laws.
• 3+ years on similar roles owning broad HR deliveries.
• Skilled in HRIS and People systems and interest in Technical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
• A passion for creating an equitable, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
