Sales Enablement Manager
Location: Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Purpose of the role:
Long story short: you are going to help make the commercial team become more efficient and effective.
With that, you will help Easee make a significant impact in the world and make energy scalable, affordable and available for as many people as possible.
What you will do:
You collaborate closely with the regional sales leadership teams to set targets, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement. You will support with implementing sales processes and activities that drive the company's growth.
This involves coming up with ways to streamline the way we do sales and engage our customers. You will be the first member of this new Sales Enablement team, which should see significant growth in the upcoming years. Additionally, you will analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform decision-making in the commercial team.

Your most important areas of ownership will be:
- CRM Management: Oversee the utilization and management of our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data, reporting, and lead management.
- Forecasting and Planning: Work closely with finance and sales teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor progress, and align to achieve targets.
- Sales Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and continually refine streamlined sales processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall effectiveness.
- Sales Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to the sales leadership team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales.
- Sales Tools and Technology: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies that enhance productivity, communication, and performance tracking.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of sales processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Performance Metrics: support key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and regularly report on these metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.

What you need to be able to bring along:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related operational role, preferably within the EV or clean energy sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Databricks), ERP systems ( Visma, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP etc) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with process mapping, documentation, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with Forecasting. Ensuring that accurate forecasts are available for cross functional teams (Finance, Production).
- Change Management: Adaptability to implement process improvements and navigate changes while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
