Regional Sales Director Germany
As Regional Sales Director Germany at Easee, your main task is contributing to growth in the German market through cultivating good partnerships with existing partners in Germany and strategically develop new partnerships.
In this role, you will build, lead and mentor a small team with two Key Account Managers located in Munich. Also, you will supervise and sell Easee’s products and solutions to wholesalers and partner organizations, as well as monitoring the market's needs and development.
The role reports to CSO.
Who are you?
Easee is looking for a skilled salesperson who is passionate about establishing strong partnerships and creating results through sales. You have experience leading and building a strong sales department, and thrive in a role where you can mentor and create results through your team.
You need to have sales and international organizational experience, preferably in the German market. It is an advantage having knowledge and familiarity with the EV industry and the charging space, or areas relatable to the industry such as wholesalers or software providers, as well as having techincal understanding.
Proficiency in English and German is a must.
